The Fox 36 Float is a fork intended for AM / Enduro practice, for this 4th generation, the FIT4 technology has 3 positions: Open-Platform-Closed and allows you to adjust the compression in open mode with a 22-position dial . Thus you can obtain a more precise adjustment according to the practiced ground.

Fit4 Cartridge:

Being the fourth generation, our patented FIT4 (FOX Isolated Technology) sealed cartridge system allows three instantaneous compression damping positions (open, medium and firm) to adapt to different trail conditions. The Factory Series forks additionally feature 22 clicks of low-speed compression adjustment in open mode to allow mountain bikers to fine-tune damping.

The FIT4 cartridge has been redesigned taking inspiration from the HSC / LSC model, which has been acclaimed many times, in order to improve damping whatever the fork. This year, the FIT4 shock comes with a new tuning that provides better sensitivity while retaining support.

The FLOAT pneumatic shock absorber developed for the 32, 34 and 40 forks is lighter and reduces the force required to release. It offers excellent sensitivity on small bumps regardless of the rider and the pressure setting.

Similar to our FLOAT shocks, the new FLOAT system features negative and positive chambers that balance automatically. This provides proper pressure for every mountain biker. The progressiveness of the damping curve is adjustable by means of spacers for the air volume so that mountain bikers can precisely adjust the behavior of the air shock.
