Designed for the elite, the new Vivid conquers several technical feats previously thought impossible. Technologies such as countermeasure, which reduces the shock’s separation force to almost nothing, transform small bumps into traction-generating performance.

Dual Flow Adjust™
DFA is kind of like Glam Metal. Two things you’d never imagine together, but mysteriously they work. Let’s say you’re riding a track with both monstrous elevation changes and lots of bumps that require you to brake. It’s customary to adjust your fork to accommodate either of these problems. RockShox’s DFA disagrees; simply use its two stand-alone damping circuits to adjust it to accommodate both. It will absorb big impacts, while remaining flexible on small items, just like makeup and metal

Rapid Recovery™
Who doesn’t want more wheel travel available for successive bumps? The Rapid Recovery System allows the shock to recover faster between consecutive bumps, letting the wheel follow the ground with greater precision. This more active suspension system doesn’t let you down and allows the bike to ride in a higher, softer section of spring rate. Quick recovery gives the rider more available wheel travel, bump after bump, for a more enjoyable and controlled ride.
