Free Shipping

Carrier: EMS

Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Minimum Order: $50 or more

Best for: Budget-conscious cyclists planning ahead

International Shipping Note: We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers may experience slightly longer delivery times due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Maxxis Bike Shop, we stand behind the quality of our performance cycling products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and exchanges process designed for cyclists who demand excellence.

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to test and ensure our products meet your cycling performance standards.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
  • Free of any damage, wear, or installation marks

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bath Caps & Bathrobes (hygiene products)
  • Bearings & Bearing Tools (precision components that cannot be verified once opened)
  • Bar End Plugs & Adaptors (installation-specific components)
  • Any opened or used cycling accessories

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the items in their original condition and include:

  • The Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside
  • Original packaging and all accessories
  • A copy of your return request email

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days for inspection
  • Refund Issuance: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Total Time: Typically 8-12 business days from receipt

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 2-3 business days to reflect in your account

Exchange Process

For exchanges to a different product:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly specify the product you want to exchange for
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive and process your return
  • Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Important Notes

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns
